Collin Bourisset Macon Villages Les Burdines is a White Wine from France made from the Chardonnay grapes of Macon Village region. Grapes are hand-harvested and machine-harvested. After pressing the grapes for extraction of juice, then fermented at controlled low temperature in Stainless Steel Casks. The malolatic fermentation is always completed before bottling that takes place 6 to 8 months after harvest. It is then ready to drink within two months.

Appearance – Greenish gold color.

Nose – Its aroma is mainly floral with some hints of grapefruit.
