Tullamore Dew Irish Whisky is first blended in 1829 in the small Irish town of Tullamore in County Offaly. It takes its name from one of the earliest influencers of the newly established distillery, Daniel E Williams (DEW).

Triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this original blended Irish whisky is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright gold.

Nose: A mild blend of spicy, lemony and malty notes, with charred wood and vanilla undertones.

Palate: Light bodied, sweetish spices, buttery and rounded with light citrus fruitiness. The palate has a warming, pleasant maltiness with toasted wood and vanilla hints.

Finish: Smooth and gentle, the complex flavours lingering.

It is still one of the most famous Irish whisky’s due to its light and elegant flavours that are best savoured over ice.
