Benedictine is a French herbal liqueur, produced since the 1800s. Distilled and aged in a flamboyant palace, built in Fécamp. Bénédictine D.O.M is a secret recipe of 27 traditional roots, herbs and spices from five continents. These include a blend of herbs, spices and an infusion of saffron, honey, thyme, tea and caramel. The quality of ingredients and the maturation of Benedictine in oak casks for three months combine to produce a truly unique spirit.

The D.O.M. title, ‘Deo Optimo Maximo’ is Latin and translates as ‘To God most good, most great.’ One of the best liqueurs of the century!

Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich, coppery with golden highlights.

Nose: Herbal and spicy fragrance. Citrus hints of tangerine zest with subtle notes of pine.

Taste: A silky and rich palate with light honey and citrus notes with soft almonds.

This is best enjoyed neat.
