Calvet Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a red wine from France with intense garnet-red body, a very aromatic wine with blackcurrants and others red fruits notes on nose. It’s got a palate of rich and tannic associating fleshy and lively characters. The grapes are harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 – 12 days at a controlled temperature (about 30° C).
