TASTING NOTES

From the Vinyards located between Bachi & Orvieto, in the southwestern part of Umbria, the Vesper Orvieto from La Carraia winery is a perfect assemblage of Procanico Grechetto and other grapes.

It has bright dry gentle flavors, lemon, quince, almond and Mediterranean flower’s cent.

Food Suggestions: Great with seafood, cheese and light chicken dishes.
