Calvet Pouilly Fuisse Grande Reserve is a white wine from France, a slightly golden yellow with emerald lights in colour with a complex nose with fruity and nutty notes. It’s got a palate marked by a warm harmony combining richness, liveliness and aromatic persistence. The wine making process; the grapes are pressed after harvesting, and alcohol fermentation takes place at a low temperature (about 20° C). The wine is rapidly racked, filtered and bottled.
